Astăzi avem în meniu Intel + Intel mai exact o placă de bază Intel DH67BL iar pentru că aceasta nu-şi avea rostul fără un procesor ne-am gândit să încercăm o combinaţie mai puţin întâlnită astfel că am "înfipt" pe ea unul ceva mai "special" din familia "Sandy Bridge" şi anume Core i5 2500K. Ce a rezultat veţi afla în continuare..

Layout
Placa este construită folosind un PCB albastru, conform tradiţiei Intel iar circuitul de alimentare este în 5 faze şi anume 4 pentru procesor şi una pentru memorii. Sloturile de memorie sunt 4 la număr şi au sistemul clasic de prindere, numărul mufelor pentru ventilatoare este de două, dintre care una cu PWM folosită cu predilecţie pentru ventilatorul de pe cooler-ul procesorului.
Conectori backpanel

Două port-uri USB 3.0 (albastru), şase USB 2.0 (negru), un port eSATA (roşu), un port RJ45 pentru reţea Gigabit, o ieşire video DVI şi un HDMI precum şi jack-urile audio în acelaşi "box" fiind inclus şi un conector IEEE 1394a FireWire.
